On Language: Guys...

I am a bit behind with my language reads, but I liked this a lot, just as much as I like using "guys".
I dislike "girls" and had a go at my manager once for calling my team - part of which is made of older women "girls", it sounded highly patronising. Ladies is just a bit better.
