News Round up 10 November 2010

- So the director of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo isn't happy about the remake of his film by David Fincher? I have followed up this for a while (previous posts here and sort of here).

- Hugh Jackman, whose mother lives in Norwich (no kidding) doesn't want to host the Oscar. Good on him. They should give it to Eric Bana. Eric is funny (and another pride of Australia).

- As I mentioned in passing, the only interesting thing about Planet Terror was Machete. Well it looks like they did a full film out of it. Part of me is happy. Part of me is scared.

- American public is not liking Four Lions, despite good reviews. Is this really a surprise?
