Seen in a pub yesterday...

"Please order your food at the bar" would translate to "Veuillez commander votre repas (or nourriture) au bar (optional "s'il vous plait")"...
If you translate "S'il vous plait commander vos ailments a la barre" back to English, you'll get something like "Please to order your diseases (I think they meant "aliments") at the rod".
Yup, French for a bar is "un bar" :)
