Reminded me that there's a French cake/biscuit called Tête de nègre (Negro's head) that is not dissimilar to the British Tea Cake.

Left:  Tête de nègre, Middle: wrapped up tea cake, right: naked naughty tea cake.

Oh, I've just read that the racist chocolates have been renamed "Tête de choco" (Chocolate's head), a move that reminds me of what happened in the UK with the Spotted Dick.
